This is a five page boilerplate agreement between two separated spouses who are seeking divorce. It contains provisions covering the division of property and child custody issues. It is set up for spouses in the middle income level with two children, but can be easily modified to cover spouses of any income level with any number of children. It must be presented to the court after being signed. Generally, the courts accept the agreement the spouses have reache on their own.
